BATSECUR offers for sale electric vehicle charging stations and charging cables under the Chargissimo brand.
Product prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (TTC). On the cart page, the total is detailed with VAT-exclusive prices (HT), VAT, and inclusive total (TTC). Prices may be changed at any time without notice, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order.
Orders can be placed online through our website. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is validated.

Payment Conditions: Payment is due in full at the time of the order. In the event of a payment issue, the order cannot be processed. The customer will receive a notification indicating the cancellation of the order.
We deliver our products to France and Europe.
Delivery times: 24 hours in France, 48 hours in Europe.
Delivery fees: Free for all orders.
The delivery times indicated are for guidance only and may vary depending on logistical conditions. BATSECUR cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products, in accordance with the regulations. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision in writing via the contact form. The product must be returned in perfect condition, complete, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty. In the event of a conformity defect, the customer may request a replacement or a refund of the product.
Return Conditions: The returned product must be complete, in good condition, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Returns must be sent to the address indicated on the provided return slip.
BATSECUR cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. The company's liability is limited to the order amount.
All elements of the "Chargissimo" website, such as texts, images, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BATSECUR. Any reproduction, representation, or use, even partial, without authorization is strictly prohibited.
The information collected is used for order management and communication with the customer. It is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data by contacting our customer service via the contact form.
In case of a dispute, the customer can use a mediation procedure or contact the appropriate services for an amicable resolution. If no solution is found, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of BATSECUR's registered office.
